ECL EXAMINATION: After the interview you or the teacher that might work for you will be required to take an English Test to determine your level of English.

TEFL TRAINING COURSE: If you have successfully passed the exam and interview process you will be invited to the TEFL Course. The most prestigious Teacher Training Course in Guatemala.
THE TEFL COURSE – Teacher of English as a Foreign Language Course-

We need you to save 100 hrs. of your time and get trained as follows:
We cover 5 modules:

- Linguistics: history of language, history of teaching language, language forms etc.
- Phonology: where and how sounds are produced
- Grammar: Basic Grammar (Sentences, Parts of Speech)
- Skills: 9 skills to become an effective teacher
- Procedures: Steps to teach English effectively
- Teaching Practice: Prepare a class and present to your trainers.

You will also be required to follow a Business Training, which is a step by step program to get you well on your way.
